  • Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate customer issues to supervisors, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Quality and Improvement: Maintain high-quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, continuously improving processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum one year of experience in an inbound/outbound contact center or customer service role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, and strong selling and negotiation skills.
  • Availability: Must be available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a flexible schedule during peak season.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Hourly Rate: $20.00 per hour.
  • Hybrid or Work-from-Home Option: After 60 days, you will have the opportunity to work from home or in a hybrid environment.
