Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Esplanade Equity LLC. As an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in supporting our human resources functions and ensuring the well-being of our employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee onboarding, performance management, engagement, employee relations, and offboarding processes.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and help organize/deliver training & development initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
  • Maintain and update HR records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities as they relate to HR processes.
  • Assist with benefits administration and resolve related inquiries.
  • Handle employee relations issues with tact and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with management to improve HR processes and policies.
  • Analyze data and provide insights on HR metrics, such as time to hire and employee turnover rates.
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
  • SHRM or PHR certification preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Experience with HRIS integrations and data management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong initiative.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Comfortable with occasional travel for office visits.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
