Overview:

The Logo Assembly Specialist plays a crucial role in executing the physical tasks required for the construction of logos. This position involves significant time spent in a kneeling position, complemented by walking activities. The ability to regularly lift weights of up to 25 pounds is essential.

Shift Details: 1st Shift

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interprets plans and procedures for the production and repair of logos through the WISOPS system.
  • Adheres to instructions to finalize projects in accordance with the shipping timeline.
  • Assembles pre-cut turf segments for logo projects.
  • Ensures that logos comply with Tarkett's quality assurance standards by collaborating with the quality assurance team.
  • Participates in maintaining a clean work environment throughout the shift and at its conclusion.
  • Assists in the packaging process prior to shipment.
  • Collaborates effectively with team members to achieve logo completion through clear communication of objectives.
  • Follows all safety protocols and procedures, reporting any unsafe practices to the supervisor, EHS Manager, and WCM Coordinator.
  • Contributes to the achievement of Tarkett's safety and production targets.
  • Performs additional tasks as assigned by the department supervisor.
