Job Title: Medical Collector

Nao Medical is a technology-driven healthcare company that provides fast, compassionate, and affordable healthcare services. We are seeking a Medical Collector to join our clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collecting drug screen specimens from patients
  • Completing chain of custody related paperwork
  • Communicating with client employers and their staff members
  • Documenting all drug tests on a daily basis on an Excel spreadsheet
  • Ordering inventory
  • Providing excellent patient care and service

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or an Associate degree
  • Preferably, experience in customer service roles in healthcare related industries
  • Certificates in Phlebotomy, EKG, or clinical medical assistant (MA) is preferred
  • At least one year experience as drug screen / specimen collector
  • Proficiency with computers (web-based tools; ECW knowledge is an advantage)
