About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Green Paws Chicago. As a key member of our office team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless client experiences and supporting the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Respond to scheduling requests, coordinate appointments, and address client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Client Onboarding: Collaborate with the office team to onboard new clients, conduct virtual meet-and-greets, and attend in-person meetings at clients' homes.
  • Client Satisfaction: Take ownership of client satisfaction, ensuring that all clients receive exceptional service and support.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the office team to develop strategies for organic growth, participate in marketing activities, and contribute to the overall success of the business.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform miscellaneous office duties, including data entry, and maintain accurate records in our software platform.
Requirements
  • Experience: Prior experience in a similar role at a small business, with excellent references.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent telephone and email customer service and communication skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and handle crisis situations.
  • Business Writing Skills: Excellent business writing skills, with the ability to demonstrate touch typing skills (30 wpm or above).
  • Data Entry Skills: Precise data entry skills, with the ability to handle thousands of appointments per month without errors.
  • Multi-Tasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing urgent matters and maintaining a sense of urgency.
  • Technology Skills: Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, and our software platform (Time To Pet).
  • Work Ethic: A serious work ethic, with a commitment to attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
