About the Role
CarePartners Living LLC is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Staffing Pool team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patient conditions during admission and scheduled shifts to ensure timely and effective care.
- Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate documentation of patient care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote optimal health outcomes.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse licensure and certification.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
- Valid driver's license.
- Associate Degree in Nursing or related field.
