Job Summary

CarePartners Living LLC is seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Therapist, you will provide high-quality patient-centered care by developing and conducting individualized therapy programs for patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing impairments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and establish appropriate treatment goals.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy programs to improve communication abilities.
  • Evaluate patient progress regularly and adjust programs as needed to maximize patient progress.
  • Document progress in patient charts and complete necessary notes and charges.
Requirements:
  • Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology, or Communication Disorders, or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
  • Current North Carolina license to practice Speech Therapy and ASHA certification.
  • Valid Driver's License.
