Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Coordinator to join our esteemed community. This pivotal role ensures that every resident and visitor feels welcomed and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and guide residents, guests, and staff while addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Handle emergency communications from residents and staff, dispatching the necessary personnel and contacting on-call medical professionals as required.
  • Oversee emergency alert systems for Independent Living residents.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident statuses during emergencies, including hospital transports.
  • Keep organized lists of residents by name and apartment for easy reference.
  • Assist in maintaining precise census data, including hospitalizations and resident absences for security purposes.

Qualifications:
