Key Responsibilities:

Under the guidance of the Players' Club Supervisor and Players' Club Manager, you will engage and attract new gaming patrons to the Player's Club initiative. You will maintain customer records while ensuring the utmost standards of data accuracy and guest relations, and assist with mobile registrations for Guests on the casino floor.

Core Job Functions:

  • Welcome and interact with Guests in the casino with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Promote Hard Rock Hotel & Casino by engaging with Guests in an enthusiastic, helpful, and friendly manner.
  • Stay informed about the player tracking system, ongoing promotions, events, entertainment, and general property information.
  • Create and distribute Players' Club cards while promoting the program and its associated promotions.
  • Uphold the integrity of the database by adhering to precise data entry standards.
  • Safeguard the rewards and credit lines of our Guests.
  • Exhibit a commitment to responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly alerting management of any concerns or observations.
  • Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reflect the Company's Mission and Values: Communication, Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion, and Dedication.
  • Ensure prompt and discreet notification to management and/or the Ethics Hotline regarding any illegal activities or internal ethics violations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service, preferably within a casino or hospitality setting.
  • Exceptional guest service skills are essential.
  • Strong verbal communication abilities are required.
  • Good phone etiquette is necessary.
  • Basic computer proficiency is expected.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a passion for assisting others.
  • Effective communication in English, specific to job duties and responsibilities.
  • Compliance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida policies and procedures is mandatory.
  • The physical demands outlined here represent those that must be met to successfully perform the duties of this position.
  • This role may require frequent sitting, walking, occasional stooping, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs.

  • Exposure to casino-related environmental factors, including secondhand smoke and high noise levels, may occur.
  • While performing job duties, employees are frequently required to stand, walk, use hands for handling, reach with arms, and communicate verbally. Specific vision abilities required include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee may encounter while performing essential job functions.
  • The casino atmosphere is dynamic, fast-paced, and often crowded and noisy. Exposure to casino-related environmental factors, including secondhand smoke and constant interaction with the public, is likely.

The Tribal Council prioritizes Native Americans in all employment practices. First preference in hiring, training, and promotion is given to members of the Seminole Tribe who meet job qualifications. Second preference is granted to members of other federally recognized Native American Tribes who meet the job requirements.
