The ideal candidate will strategically engage suppliers and position the company as the leading value-added provider of process plants and equipment solutions in the relevant markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals to clients, which encompass thermal design, pricing, terms and conditions, along with specification reviews and clarifications.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory requirements, and shop capabilities.
  • Contribute to sales forecasting and strategic planning.
  • Source and negotiate pricing and delivery timelines from sub-suppliers during the quotation process.
  • Oversee after-sales technical activities within the organization.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and develop competitive and relevant offerings.
  • Negotiate with clients to secure orders while prioritizing company profitability and production capabilities within quotation limits.
  • Document and manage all customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Willingness to travel frequently as required.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
  • 1-2 years of experience with heat exchangers is preferred.
  • Recent graduates will be considered.
  • Proficiency in computer applications is essential.
  • Experience in an ISO 9000 environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
