We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Community Representative II to join our Loudon, VA team. As a key member of our community management team, you will provide administrative support to our community managers and division leaders, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist community managers with administrative tasks, including data entry, report preparation, and document management.
  • Support the division as a whole, providing assistance with accounting, customer service, and general office work.
  • Attend board meetings and provide support to communities as needed.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including insurance and W9s, and assist with property visits.
  • Support homeowner calls and requests, and manage vendor proposals and contracts.
Requirements
  • Previous office or administrative experience.
  • Professional, organized, and self-motivated individual with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
