Job DescriptionThis is a challenging and exciting position that requires a customer-obsessed sales professional with a strong track record of delivering results in the SaaS industry. As a Sales Account Director, you will be responsible for owning the entire sales process with new and existing customers, identifying new use cases, and building meaningful relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Connect with current key stakeholders within your territory and identify their needs, potential use cases, budget holders, decision-makers, influencers, and process owners.

- Owning, planning, executing, and/or quarterbacking activities to nurture client relationships, feedback loops, referrals, renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and expansions.
- Creating and executing strategic plans for your territory to meet company goals across key revenue and churn metrics, as well as discovering and pursuing new growth opportunities.
- Honing TRM product and customer vertical subject matter expertise to enrich every stage of the sales process from demonstrations to trial to customer advisory sessions to innovation workshops.
- Proactively gathering and prioritizing customer feedback and championing it within TRM.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 8+ years of SaaS sales experience to US National Security Agencies, with a proven ability to consistently deliver against net new sales targets.
- A TS/SCI clearance with a Polygraph.
- Strong knowledge of National Security, including other agencies and their workflows.
- Excellent customer-facing presentation and listening skills, with the ability to establish credibility with senior financial executives.
- Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulatory framework.
- A knack for storytelling and understanding customer needs to build compelling value propositions.
- The ability to adapt quickly to changing goals and requirements.
- Autonomy and ownership of your work, with a strong sense of initiative and direct impact.
We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, based on experience, plus benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous PTO policy.
