Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Engagement Specialist to join our team at Great Salt Plains Health Center. As a key member of our outreach team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase our organization's visibility and engagement with the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to increase our organization's visibility and engagement with the community.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create and execute outreach campaigns that align with our mission and values.
  • Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, organizations, and influencers.
  • Organize and participate in events, presentations, and other outreach activities to promote our organization and its services.
  • Track and analyze outreach efforts to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in outreach, community engagement, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a non-profit or community-based organization.
  • Familiarity with social media and digital marketing strategies.
