Job Description

At Compass Career Solutions, we are seeking a skilled Housing Case Manager to join our team. As a Housing Case Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting clients in achieving stability and independence in their housing situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and interviews with clients to determine their eligibility for housing support services.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date case notes and action plans to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Provide life skills development and training to clients to enhance their ability to maintain stable housing.
