We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Boynton. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience, driving sales growth, and contributing to the overall success of our spa.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed membership sales goals by providing top-notch customer service and promoting our services menu
- Learn and understand our services menu, including massage and facial treatments, and be able to effectively communicate their benefits to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Spread the word about our promotions and services through various channels, including social media and email marketing
- Keep the spa clean and organized, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for customers
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and support the overall success of the spa
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years old or older
- Exceptionally organized with great attention to detail
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
