  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, including comprehensive cost/benefit analyses, service comparisons, and profitability assessments.
  • Oversee the complete client journey from initial deal development through onboarding and service transition, ensuring a smooth handoff to support teams.
  • Formulate and recommend strategies related to market positioning, product offerings, and pricing to meet profitability objectives.
  • Provide guidance to team members on complex account management and assist in navigating treasury management systems and policies.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree along with 8-10 years of experience in treasury management sales or consulting. Key qualifications include:

  • In-depth understanding of product delivery systems and online banking platforms.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of banking and cash management products.
  • Strong familiarity with Bank operations and processes.
  • Proficient in PC and software applications.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Cash Management (CCM) or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP).
  • Proven ability to effectively sell financial products and services.
  • Expertise in cash management analysis, including cost/benefit evaluations and float analyses.
  • Specialized knowledge of specific markets to effectively serve designated territories.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to craft persuasive reports and deliver impactful presentations.
