Location: Nashville, TN
Availability: Must be available on weekends.
Who We Are: Savory Spice is a culinary destination offering a diverse selection of over 400 spices, herbs, and seasonings. Our products are hand-packaged to meet the unique needs of our customers.
Position Summary: Engage with customers on the sales floor, providing recommendations and fulfilling orders for various spices. Maintain store organization and assist with tasks assigned by the store manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing spices and seasonings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Weigh, package, and bottle spices for customer orders and gift sets.
- Restock shelves and ensure the store is well-stocked.
- Work collaboratively on projects as directed by management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of retail experience preferred, but training is available.
- A passion for food and cooking is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
Job Types: Full-time or Part-time
Compensation: Starting at $13.50 per hour
Expected Hours: 20-25 hours per week, with flexibility for students.
