Residential Treatment Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Residential Treatment Team Lead to join our team. As a team lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential program, including supervising staff members, conducting training sessions, and maintaining accurate records.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Special Education, Social Work, or a related field, and at least three years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will be responsible for providing guidance and support to staff members, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents, and participating in crisis interventions.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and mentor residential staff members to ensure quality care and services.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
- Develop and implement individualized service plans for residents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident progress and program activities.
- Participate in crisis interventions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
