Overnight Residential Care Specialist

Job Summary: Vinfen is seeking an Overnight Residential Care Specialist to provide direct support to individuals with psychiatric conditions in a residential Group Living Environment. As an ACCS Awake Overnight Residential Counselor, you will work together with the people we serve, their families, friends, employers, and other support staff to transform their lives.
">Responsibilities:
- Administer medication under the Medication Administration Plan (MAP)
- Implement treatment plans
- Assist individuals with activities of daily living
- E nsure the safety and cleanliness of the program
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Prior experience working in a human services setting is strongly preferred
- Preference given to bilingual/bicultural applicants and applicants with lived experience of psychiatric conditions
Salary Information: The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 per year, based on a 30-hour workweek. This includes a fully funded retirement plan, employer-sponsored medical insurance, and generous paid time off.
