Responsabilidades Esenciales:

1. Registrar a los pacientes para sus citas.
2. Estar atento a las necesidades de los pacientes y del proveedor; participar activamente en mantener al proveedor en horario.
3. Ayudar en la programación de citas y referencias.
4. Preparar expedientes, registrar de manera precisa y legible, archivar laboratorios e informes.
5. Obtener autorizaciones previas.
6. Recibir y transmitir mensajes entre pacientes y médicos; ya sea por teléfono o correo electrónico.
7. Asistir con inyecciones de medicamentos/inmunizaciones según sea necesario, de acuerdo con el protocolo.
8. Preparar al paciente para procedimientos y asegurarse de que todas las instrucciones y equipos apropiados estén organizados y listos.
9. Con la capacitación adecuada, asistir a los proveedores en ciertos procedimientos.
10. Asegurarse de que las salas de examen estén completamente abastecidas, limpias y organizadas.
11. Asegurarse de que la basura biopeligrosa se elimine según sea necesario.
12. Asegurarse de que se completen los formularios apropiados a solicitud del proveedor.
13. Asistir al proveedor en las actividades operativas diarias.

Educación y Experiencia:

Licencia/Certificación de Asistente Médico
Excelentes habilidades informáticas y de mecanografía.
Se prefiere al menos 1 año de experiencia.
