We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Textron Systems. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of weldments and other structural components to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to prevent defects and ensure consistency in our products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues.
  • Generate quality reports and documentation to track and analyze quality metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in quality assurance.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of welding inspection and quality control procedures.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred.
