Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AM&E Analyst to support the design, coordination, conduct, and reporting of Security Cooperation analyses. The ideal candidate will work with key stakeholders to ensure efforts stay up to date with emerging AM&E techniques, tools, and approaches in specific subject matter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting Leadership: Collaborate with the leadership team to identify priorities and solutions to complex problems.
  • Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis: Provide in-depth analysis of security cooperation programs, including qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Indicator Development: Assist in the development of indicators and metrics that enable evaluation of security cooperation programs.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Draft reports, presentations, and other deliverables for senior leadership review.
  • Visual Graphics: Support the design and development of visual graphics that distill key information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Project Planning: Support the development and maintenance of project processes and plans.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • AM&E Experience: Three years of experience in AM&E, including analyzing and summarizing disparate information, drafting data collection methodologies, and creating organizational work plans.
  • Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills to deal effectively with mid and high-level partner contacts, the host government, and local communities.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Ability to apply government agency regulations and procedures related to controlled unclassified information and foreign disclosure.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheet programs, and database management.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Six years of experience in one or more of the following subject matters: counterterrorism operations, counter-weapons of mass destruction operations, counter-illicit drug trafficking operations, and others.
  • Clearance: DoD Secret clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Public Policy Experience: Five years of experience and knowledge of public policy and operations.
  • Assessment and Evaluation Experience: Five years of experience planning, designing, and implementing assessment and evaluation programs or projects in the security sector.
  • Master's Degree: A master's degree (or higher) and formal training or education in the field of assessment, monitoring, and evaluation.
  • Policy Experience: One to three years of experience planning, executing, or overseeing policy guidance for SC activities implemented under specific sections of Title 10, Chapter 16.
