Responsibilities- Perform a range of clerical, administrative, and secretarial duties
- Coordinate staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity
- Develop and implement filing systems to maintain a safe and secure working environment
- Ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of data
- Oversee adherence to office policies and procedures
- Analyze and monitor internal processes to identify areas for improvement
- Implement procedural and policy changes to enhance operational efficiency
- Prepare operational reports and schedules to ensure efficiency
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and bookings
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
- Review and approve office supply acquisitions
- Excellent planning and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
