Job Summary

Fincantieri Marine Group is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Manager to oversee the administration of its employee benefits programs. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field and at least 2 years of experience in benefits administration, human resources, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement employee benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent;
  • Administer benefits programs, including medical, dental, and life insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability programs;
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on benefit and wellness policies and programs;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to benefits administration;
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations affecting benefits administration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
  • At least 2 years of experience in benefits administration, human resources, or a related field;
  • Strong knowledge of ADP payroll systems, government rules, regulations, and reporting processes;
  • Familiarity with medical, dental, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability programs, vacation, sick leave, and employee assistance programs;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year.
