About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist - Benefits Administration to join our team in Green Bay, WI. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for the administration of benefits programs, including medical, dental, and life insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability programs. You will also advise and assist employees on benefit and wellness policies and programs.

Responsibilities

  • Administer benefits programs, including medical, dental, and life insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability programs;
  • Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and provide guidance on benefit and wellness policies and programs;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to benefits administration;
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of benefits programs;
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations affecting benefits administration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
  • At least 2 years of experience in benefits administration, human resources, or a related field;
  • Strong knowledge of ADP payroll systems, government rules, regulations, and reporting processes;
  • Familiarity with medical, dental, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability programs, vacation, sick leave, and employee assistance programs;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year.
