About the Role

We are seeking a talented Talent Management and Strategy Advisor to join our HR team at Metro Supply Chain Holdings USA Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results.

This includes leading Shared Services & HR Support, New Site Startups, Backup Benefits and LOA Administration, Employee Relations & Compliance, Data-Driven HR, Training and Development, HR Policy & Compliance, and Change Management initiatives.

  • Collaborate with leadership and operation teams to drive HR initiatives.

Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.

  • Manage complex employee relations issues.

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees to ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.

  • Analyze HR data to inform business decisions.

Utilize HR metrics and analytics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations to leadership regarding talent management, retention, and workforce productivity.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor relations, and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in organizational development, employee relations, and talent management.
  • Ability to influence and partner with leadership to drive HR strategy and initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong background in Microsoft suite including advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with ADP WorkforceNow and UKG/Kronos preferred by not required. Ability to quickly embrace new systems and technology.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and location factors.
