Licensed Practical Nurse

CentraCare Health System is seeking a skilled LPN, CMA, or MA to join our team at the Sartell Clinic. As a member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
About the Role:This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 72-80 hours every two weeks. You will typically work four 9-hour shifts per week, with working hours ranging from 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. No evenings, weekends, or holidays are required.
Responsibilities:- Room patients for all types of clinic visits and communicate results and other pertinent medical information to patients and providers.
- Assist providers with clinic procedures and accurately document procedures and treatments in the patient's electronic medical record.
- Perform telephone screening, gathering information from patients to communicate to the RN or provider.
- Administer appropriate medications and immunizations to patients under the direction of the RN or provider.
- Recognize patient's abnormalities or urgent care needs and seek appropriate assistance.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy.
- Ability to understand patients' medical records, physician orders, and medication orders to be communicated to the patient and staff.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required for LPN.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Minnesota required.
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program required for CMA/RMA.
- Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) with one of the following certifications: American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA), American Medical Technologists (AMT), Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA), National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT), National Health career Association (NHA), National Association for Health Professionals, Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA), Nationally Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA).
- Competitive pay rate based on experience, with a minimum rate of $19.66 for LPN, $18.62 for CMA/RMA, and $17.75 for Medical Assistant.
- $2,500 hiring bonus for LPN and $2,000 hiring bonus for CMA and MA.
- $5,000 relocation bonus for eligible candidates.
