Job Summary:
Ecumen is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Chateau Waters Community in Sartell. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety needs of our residents are met. You will also be responsible for ensuring the facility is in compliance with current regulations and standards of practice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct initial assessments of potential residents
* Implement service agreements with residents upon move-in
* Monitor and maintain resident medical records
* Ensure physician orders are signed and implemented within 24 hours
* Maintain and monitor medication administration program
* Supervise medication practices and medical equipment
* Follow up with physicians regarding medications and medical conditions
Requirements:
* Graduate from an accredited Registered Nursing program
* Licensed as a Registered Nurse within the state in which working and must maintain licensure
* Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats
* Ability to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the facility
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree
* Senior care experience
