Solutions Behavioral Healthcare Professionals is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Licensed Psychologist to join our outpatient team in St. Cloud, MN. As a key member of our multidisciplinary treatment team, you will provide clinical leadership and professional guidance to our staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based mental health services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide assessment and intervention services for children and adults with a wide range of mental health disorders
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with clients
- Collaborate with peers on the treatment team to ensure best service planning and implementation
- Provide clinical supervision to interns and other staff in the process of licensure
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives to ensure adherence to best practices
- 3rd party credentialed/eligible and licensed in Minnesota
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conceptualize cases and plan for effective treatment, including crisis management
