Ecumen is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Chateau Waters Community in Sartell. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and safety needs of our residents are met.
Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to our residents. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Conduct initial assessments of potential residents and implement service agreements as needed.
- Monitor and maintain each resident's medical record, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
- Ensure all physician orders are signed and implemented within 24 hours.
- Supervise medication practices and medical equipment usage in the building.
- Assist in providing health and medication training to new employees and document training for compliance purposes.
- Graduate from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse within the state in which working and maintain licensure.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.
- Ability to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the facility.
