Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for our clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and place calls to clients for the purpose of scheduling, updating, and communicating important information.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks in a calm and organized manner to ensure efficient and effective service.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and pet records, including immunization records and medical concerns.
  • Assist clients with their needs, providing clear and concise information and instructions.
  • Utilize our resort computer systems to document check-in/check-out information and any specific instructions or observations associated with the pet.
  • Manage financial transactions, including collecting client payments and maintaining accurate balances.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and provide a welcoming environment for clients and their pets.
  • Demonstrate empathy and compassion towards clients and their pets.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Utilize standard office equipment and technology to perform job duties.
  • Flexible schedule, including some weekend and holiday shifts.
