Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior-Level Systems Engineer to support a new prime contract for a Government program focused on providing essential technical solutions and products utilizing emerging technologies for processing vast amounts of data. This program is critical to the national security of the United States, and our teams are consistently recognized for their impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply systems engineering principles throughout all phases of the systems life cycle: Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support, and Retirement.
  • Engage with government representatives regarding systems engineering technical considerations and associated challenges.
  • Ensure the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work performed across multiple process areas defined by ISO/IEC 15288.
  • Develop and manage system requirements to guarantee compatibility with defined system architectures.
  • Coordinate the resolution of action items from various meetings requiring cross-discipline collaboration.
  • Conduct analyses of technical alternatives and provide preliminary recommendations.
  • Lead systems engineering activities and oversee the preparation of work products in both Project and Technical Process Areas.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
  • Extensive experience in systems engineering documentation, including System Engineering Plans and Requirements Specifications.
  • Proven ability to manage system requirements and derived requirements effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate engineering standards and processes.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for documentation and customer interactions.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED with twenty-four (24) years of general systems engineering experience, or
  • Bachelor's degree in a qualified engineering field with twenty (20) years of systems engineering experience, or
  • Master's degree in a qualified engineering field with eighteen (18) years of systems engineering experience, or
  • PhD in a qualified engineering field with eighteen (18) years of systems engineering experience.
