Job Overview

The Client Services Associate plays a crucial role in addressing incoming inquiries from clients and vendors regarding their accounts. This position is dedicated to resolving service-related challenges, fulfilling requests, and ensuring effective communication with both clients and vendors while meticulously documenting all interactions in our internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Addressing Client Inquiries:

  • Provide comprehensive answers to questions related to service plans and general account management.
  • Resolve issues related to service delivery, such as missed pickups.
  • Manage requests for service adjustments, including ordering and returning equipment.
  • Coordinate temporary service requirements, such as bulk or appliance pickups.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment performance concerns.

2. Collaborating with Service Providers:

  • Ensure prompt and accurate responses to service orders.
  • Address and resolve service-related issues, including property and equipment damage.
  • Facilitate the sending of necessary documentation as requested.
  • Request and manage invoice and contract information to support client onboarding and ongoing assistance.

3. Internal Reporting and Support:

  • Maintain an internal activity report to track and resolve all open issues and requests within designated timeframes.
  • Perform internal support tasks, including data entry for client, site, and vendor information.
  • Update service and contract details in internal databases.
  • Collect and input market-related data into appropriate systems.

Other Responsibilities:

Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A collaborative mindset suited for a team-oriented environment.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Preferred: One year of experience in a customer service role within a call center setting.
