Financial Service Advocate Role

Chesapeake Search Partners is seeking a dedicated Financial Service Advocate to support the firm's customer service operations. This role is crucial in ensuring that clients and advisors receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Manage incoming calls, document interactions, and ensure all customer inquiries are handled in compliance with company standards.
  • Service Management: Oversee service submissions and trade processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of Service to support the team and advisory staff.
  • Service Enhancement: Identify and implement enhancements to customer service processes in line with the company's strategic goals.
  • Productivity Optimization: Analyze and streamline workflows to maximize productivity and ensure compatibility with service systems.
  • Quality Assurance: Set and achieve goals for service accuracy through quality control, procedural creation, and internal training programs.
  • System Improvement: Regularly evaluate and improve service systems and workflows, focusing on automation and efficiency.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal management, external partners, and vendors to facilitate effective decision-making and problem resolution.
  • Reporting: Create, monitor, and analyze performance reports on service activities to ensure efficient task completion.
  • Advisor Support: Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors, addressing and resolving service-related inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Proactive Outreach: Conduct training sessions for advisors to promote behaviors aligned with company best practices.

Requirements:

  • Communication: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, advisors, and team members.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, operations, customer service, or a related field.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Service Expertise: Deep understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Process Management: Proven ability to implement and manage customer service processes for optimal efficiency.
  • Technical Proficiency: Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software and technologies.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and commitment to task completion.
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
