Essential Qualifications for the Audit Associate:

#2. Background in conducting audits, reviews, compilations of financial statements, and Employee Benefit Plan audits.

#3. Minimum of 1 year of experience for Associate level, or 3 years for Senior level, in public accounting.

Key Requirements for the Audit Associate:

  • 1-6 years of relevant experience in an accounting firm.
  • CPA certification is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Familiarity with financial statement evaluations, including audits, reviews, and compilations, as well as Employee Benefit Plan assessments.
  • Knowledge of the real estate, construction, manufacturing, distribution, and nonprofit industries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly driven with a commitment to completing tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with Advance Flow is advantageous.
