Responsibilities:- Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and effective supplier management.
- Drive supplier selection decisions, leveraging technical expertise to identify and source high-quality items.
- Generate regular reports to provide status updates and tracking of open orders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Collaborate with Sourcing and Supply Managers to onboard suppliers, ensuring accurate documentation and up-to-date information.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to monitor inventory levels and determine purchasing needs, ensuring seamless supply chain operations.
- Coordinate with suppliers to deliver orders on time, building and maintaining positive relationships.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement efforts in the procurement process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as procurement or purchasing.
- 3+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing, with a strong background in negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay organized and exhibit high attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Additional skills, such as experience working in R&D or manufacturing environments, CPP certification, or proficiency in procure-to-pay platforms, are highly valued.
