Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandise Execution: Create a positive internal and external customer experience by executing receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring Associates are processing efficiently and effectively, and working as a team.
  • Team Leadership: Train and mentor Associates on established merchandising and processing principles, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded, and that inventory levels are accurately maintained.
  • Store Operations: Organize and rotate back stock for easy replenishment, maintain and uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards, and ensure all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the backroom area are met.
  • Customer Service: Engage and interact with all customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
  • Skills and Abilities: Superior communication and organizational skills, capable of multi-tasking, and able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
  • Physical Demands: Able to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
