Job Summary

The Retail Lending Processor is a key role within our organization, responsible for the processing of consumer loans, HELOCs, and mortgages. This position requires a high level of knowledge and expertise in Retail Lending products and program requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Opening: Track and assign incoming applications from multiple systems and sources, verify application information, and order necessary documents.
  • Loan Processing: Communicate with originators, branch personnel, and borrowers regarding documentation, manage documentation, and perform preliminary reviews.
  • Pipeline Management: Proactively manage assigned pipeline, monitor loan documentation, and update notes in systems.
  • Closing: Coordinate loan closings, maintain closing calendars, and prepare loan documents.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Retail Lending or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
