About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Services Representative to join our team at Wells Fargo Bank. As a key member of our Wealth and Investment Management team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our clients and supporting our Financial Advisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Provide top-notch service to clients via telephone, direct interaction, and written correspondence, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Account Management: Facilitate client requests for account-related information and quotes, schedule appointments with new or prospective clients, and establish and service client accounts.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative functions for Financial Advisors and Branch Management, including tracking referrals, coordinating marketing campaigns, and maintaining files to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Liaison Role: Act as the liaison for all referral sources, reviewing paperwork for completeness and forwarding to management for review.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of Brokerage and Client Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • FINRA Licenses: Successfully completed Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7 and 63 examinations (or FINRA recognized equivalents) sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Brokerage Client Support: Experience supporting clients in a brokerage environment.
  • Administrative Support: Experience providing administrative support in a financial services environment.
  • Customer Interaction: Experience interacting directly with customers.
  • Microsoft Office: Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Client Service Focus: Ability to listen to customer needs and recommend solutions.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work in a dynamic and complex environment.
Job Expectations
  • FINRA Licenses: Obtaining and/or maintaining appropriate FINRA license(s) is required for ongoing employment in this position. Compliance with state law registration and licensing requirements is mandatory.
  • Background Screening: This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check.
