Cardiology Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Cardiology Nurse to join our team at Duke University Hospital. As a Cardiology Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to patients with a range of cardiology diagnoses, including acute coronary syndrome, post-cardiac catheterization, and electrophysiology procedures.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina.
- One year or more of RN experience in a cardiology setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
