About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Coordinator. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients and members, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience in our clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and members, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage patient flow through the clinic, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Process transactions and maintain accurate patient accounts.
  • Participate in marketing and sales opportunities to attract new patients to our clinics.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and support the growth of our business.
  • Stay up-to-date on membership options, packages, and promotions to effectively communicate with patients and members.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Previous sales experience and strong phone and computer skills a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to stand and/or sit for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
