Job DescriptionArvo Solar Franchising LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Solar Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating the consumer experience from sales close to project completion, ensuring seamless communication and timely project delivery.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate and maintain proactive communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Responsible for documenting client profile information in HubSpot and Dropbox.
  • Assist with overseeing and managing tasks related to project process, including interconnection application submission, tracking, updates, and rebates.
  • Assist with customer account setup and verification.

Requirements:

· 2+ years of experience in solar field operations.

· Knowledge of the NEC and applicable codes and standards to check the plans.

· NABCEP Certification (Preferred).

· Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.

· High proficiency with MS Excel, MS Project, and/or other PM software.

· Familiar with HubSpot and Dropbox.

Preferred Profile:

  • Previous Project Management Experience In Residential Solar.
  • 100% Commitment to pro-active customer service.
  • Technology: Google Products, Window operation systems, Salesforce CRM, office equipment.
