Reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful candidate will take charge of daily operations, managing multiple well-known food brands and retail outlets. This role involves collaboration with the Marketing team to enhance the visibility of the dining program and leading a team of supervisors across various retail locations.
Key Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of management experience in national branded food service environments, or a strong background in large-scale food operations;
- Proven track record in food retail management with demonstrated leadership capabilities and a collaborative approach;
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction;
- Familiarity with automated food inventory systems, ordering processes, and production management;
- Experience in developing and leading high-performing retail teams.
Responsibilities:
- Inspire, coach, and mentor both managers and frontline staff;
- Oversee cash handling procedures and maintain POS systems;
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards;
- Uphold the integrity of brand standards across all retail concepts;
- Manage product merchandising, marketing, and ordering processes effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Basic Education Requirement: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
