Job Title: Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Rice Lake West, a self-performing general contractor specializing in the construction of water and wastewater treatment plants and large concrete structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage all phases of projects from estimating to completion.
  • Ensure client requirements are met and jobs are completed ahead of schedule, within budget, and in compliance with company safety, quality, and procedural standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience managing projects for a general contractor focused on building water and wastewater treatment plants and other highway heavy, industrial, or commercial construction projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
