Job Summary

We are seeking an Operations Executive Leader to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the overall financial, operational, clinical, and administrative functions of designated branch locations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership experience in hospice or a related field and possess excellent interpersonal, supervisory, and management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of assigned branches, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, quality of care, and patient satisfaction.
  • Clinical Leadership: Provide guidance and support to clinical teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Administrative Oversight: Manage administrative functions, including HR, IT, and facilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related health or business field.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in hospice or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in financial management, operational improvement, and clinical leadership.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 25lbs.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to assigned branches (3-4 days per week).
