Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at Lawson Products. As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer inventory, providing exceptional customer service, and driving account growth through inventory management installations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inventory levels, ensuring proper stocking and accurate quantities.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, resolving issues promptly and promoting customer loyalty.
  • Work with sales partners to expand Lawson Products offerings and identify additional product requirements.
  • Comply with safety and inspection requirements, meeting defined KPIs for the position.
  • Assist in generating new orders by engaging with customers to identify additional product requirements.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
