Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Hotel Operations Director to oversee the daily operations of a single property and drive business growth. As the leader of our hotel team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences, maintaining high standards of quality, and fostering a productive and motivated workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services to guests.
  • Staff Management: Direct and manage a team of 8-10 employees, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to increase revenue, implement strategies to maximize profits, and ensure consistent ROI.
  • Guest Experience: Foster a culture of exceptional guest service, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Marketing and Sales: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute marketing strategies, drive business growth, and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and key stakeholders.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, mitigating risks and maintaining a safe working environment.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in hotel operations management
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure
  • Basic knowledge of computers and software, including email, word processing, and spreadsheet software
