Executive Hotel Operations Director

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Hotel Operations Director to oversee the daily operations of a single property and drive business growth. As the leader of our hotel team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences, maintaining high standards of quality, and fostering a productive and motivated workforce.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services to guests.
- Staff Management: Direct and manage a team of 8-10 employees, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
- Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to increase revenue, implement strategies to maximize profits, and ensure consistent ROI.
- Guest Experience: Foster a culture of exceptional guest service, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Marketing and Sales: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute marketing strategies, drive business growth, and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and key stakeholders.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, mitigating risks and maintaining a safe working environment.

What We Offer- Competitive Salary: $53,000 - $76,000 Annually (based on location and experience)

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in hotel operations management
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure
- Basic knowledge of computers and software, including email, word processing, and spreadsheet software
