Daily Duties
  • Greet customers and provide exceptional service by utilizing the G.R.E.A.T. Customer Service model to ensure a positive experience.
  • Operate the cash register according to PMG standards, handling cash, returns, voids, and shift paperwork with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Execute daily store tasks with speed and accuracy, including sales floor merchandising, food service management, cooler merchandising, vendor check-ins, and communication with management.
  • Ensure safety and operational excellence by adhering to PMG policies and procedures.
  • Support management in other tasks and assignments as needed.
Requirements
  • Reliable transportation is essential for this role.
  • Flexible availability is required to meet the needs of the store.
  • Excellent customer service skills are necessary to provide a positive experience for customers.
  • Teamwork and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds is required for tasks such as stocking and merchandising.
