Regulatory Promotional Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Promotional Operations Manager to join our team at Publicis Health. As a subject matter expert, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering submission packages for promotional materials to be reviewed through the client Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR) process.
Key Responsibilities- Submission Package Preparation: Independently prepare and deliver high-quality submission packages, taking screenshots, organizing materials, and annotating pertinent information.
- Brand Lead Oversight: Act as a brand lead, overseeing the submission process and ensuring alignment with client expectations and regulatory requirements.
- Timeline Management: Assess the time and effort required to complete each submission and partner with Project Management team to develop submission timelines and allocate resources accordingly.
- Dashboard Maintenance: Maintain a comprehensive and accurate dashboard of all current and upcoming submissions, including the stage of review and submission deadline.
- Client Liaison: Follow up directly with client liaisons to ensure submissions are received on time and meet all client expectations and specifications.
- Documentation Creation: Create, update, and disseminate to department/team documentation on client-specific guidelines.
- Team Management: Actively manage team expectations; directly interface with clients as required.
- Work Coordination: Coordinate work among reporting staff to manage workflow and ensure appropriate coverage for all client needs, including vacation coverage.
- Direct Report Management: Manage one or more direct reports at the Associate and Senior Associate level, including responsibility for interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, and career development.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 3-4 years relevant experience preparing complex submission deliverables under tight deadlines.
- Technical Skills: Technical competency in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and Microsoft Office Suite, proficiency in Veeva Vault PromoMats.
- Soft Skills: Meticulous attention to detail, superior organizational skills, exceptional communication skills, and commitment to leading by example.
- Agency and/or Project Management Experience: Proven experience working within cross-functional teams.
- Clear Communication: Clear, concise technical writing ability.
- Leadership Experience: Experience managing at least one direct report.
