The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional care to patients within our healthcare facility. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement physician orders and administer medications, including IV therapies.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients' needs and responses to care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care.
- Provide both primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
- Maintain high standards of professional nursing and guide ancillary personnel.
Essential Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Kansas.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- Strong analytical and clinical assessment skills.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in using computer systems, including MS Office and Meditech.
- Ability to effectively engage with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Physical Requirements:
